I build AI that helps everyday humans — because I have been the everyday human who needed it. Mental health survivor. Global speaker. AI Engineer. Solo founder of 4 live apps. Executive Director of a nonprofit in 8+ countries. The path was never straight. And that is exactly why the work matters.
I did not start in tech. I started in survival. Mental health brought me to advocacy. Advocacy brought me to speaking. Speaking brought me to training. Training brought me to tech. And tech brought me back to everything that mattered to me from the beginning — making sure people have access to the things that can save their lives.
I became a Mental Health in Tech Global Speaker and Suicide Prevention Advocate because I lived it. I founded Finesse Our Minds — a survivor-led mental health nonprofit now serving communities in 8+ countries — because I knew what it felt like to need something that did not exist yet.
I did not start in tech. I started in survival. And everything I build is shaped by that.
I spent years in technical roles at GoDaddy, Gusto, Google, Tesla, and LA County — learning systems, learning people, learning what breaks and why. I trained teams. I built things. And I kept asking the same question: why is it so hard for the people who need technology most to actually use it?
So I started building the answer. MedCompanion AI — a health literacy platform so that patients could understand what was happening to their bodies without needing a medical degree. FinesseKey so that underserved communities could access credit tools. FinesseWins so that certified small businesses could compete for government contracts. FinesseShield for cybersecurity. FinesseGrants for nonprofits. All of it built from the inside out — from someone who has been on the other side of every problem these tools solve.
I have spoken at Facebook HQ, trained teams internationally in Vietnam and South Korea, presented alongside Dwayne Wade, and trained government employees at LA County. I have 60+ certifications in AI, ML, cybersecurity, and cloud. I am completing a BS/MS in AI Engineering at WGU while building and shipping in parallel.
I am writing a book. Because the story does not fit in a bullet point.
